THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The FIRST Mentorship Program is set to connect first-generation junior-level high school students with young professionals who work in industries or have gone to a higher educational institution that matches the student’s interests.

With our Mentorship Program, students will be able to unlock personalized guidance, academic support, and career insights tailored to their goals in a 1-on-1 space. By joining the FIRST Mentorship program, you join a community of mentees and mentors dedicated to nurturing your potential with the resources students need to pursue their educational dreams and professional development goals.

The core topics elevating the most critical resources for students in their journey to pursue a higher education and competitive career which the FIRST Program will explore will fall under the following themes:

Student Success and College Access
Navigating Higher Education
Leadership, Advocacy, Social Justice & Civic Engagement
Mental Health and Community Wellness
