The FIRST Mentorship Program is set to connect first-generation high school juniors and seniors with professionals in paths that match the student’s interests.

This program is fully virtual from August 2026 to May 2027 and support careers like Healthcare, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Technology, Education, and more!

By joining the FIRST Mentorship Program, you join a community of mentees and mentors dedicated to nurturing students’ potential with the resources they need to pursue their educational dreams and professional development goals.

The core services that FIRST Mentors will explore include the following:

• Mental and Community Wellness
• Leadership and Professional Development
• Navigating Higher Education
